Training and certification

The Coach Academy is proud to announce that it has completed all requirements to award Continuing Education Credits and grant Training Certifications under the laws of the United States and in compliance with International Training Standards.

 This Authorization is granted only after a rigorous evaluation and documentation process that proves the organization:

• Has a proven record of educational execellence, training proficiency and financial stability
• Is administered by an individual with extensive educational experience in curriculum development, content delivery, and student development (Doctorate Level)
• Extensively reviews curriculum for academic accuracy and relevance in the workplace
• Follows established guidelines for Continuing  Education and Training by Standards Organizations such as The American National Standards Institute and the International Standards Organization
• Guarantees proficiency of instructors by requiring specific educational requirements, ongoing continuing educational and periodic audits of training sessions
• Is a chartered, incorporated, or recognized under Sections 151, 469, 501, or 503 of the tax code

 

Continuing Education Units

TCA will award Continuing Education Credits (CEU) based on the international standard of one unit for every ten hours of education.  Individual research and study can qualify for a maximum of 25% of the total credits earned.  Individual efforts must be approved by TCA prior to the commencement of the course.

CEUs must be requested at the time of enrollment.  Upon successful completion of all course requirements TCA will issue a certificate with the CEUs earned.  TCA does not maintain a database of CEUs earned by individual.  As with any degreed or certification program, acceptance of the degree or credits earned is at the discretion of reviewing organization.
