A little Background…

Dennis Hocker, PhD and Master Priorities Coach and Deborah Bifulco, Certified Priorities Coach have developed a powerful new assessment tool for coaches/consultants/mentors/advisors who work with all types of clients.  This tool is suitable for Life Coaches, Career Coaches, Business Coaches, Consultants and many others.

PSA is the four quadrant behavioral model based on the work of William Moulton Marston Ph.D (1893-1947).  Personality Styles, commonly known as DISC is used to identify the behavior preferences of individuals in specific situations or environments. The four Personality Styles are:

  • Director - relating to control, power and assertiveness
  • Influencer - relating to social situations and communication
  • Supporter - relating to patience, persistence, and thoughtfulness
  •  Conscientious - (or caution, compliance) - relating to structure and organization

What Personality Styles Will Tell You

It identifies how the person is likely to behave in their natural – or unguarded – environment as well as in an adapted – or guarded – situation
