Both Dennis and Deborah have worked extensively with Family Owned businesses.

The Family Traits assessment has its roots in DISC, which was initially developed by Dr. William Moulton Marston in 1928 in his book The Emotions of Normal People. The theory of DISC has been well tested and validated for over 50 years, and is used in many organizations throughout the world.

What The Coach Academy provides is a turn-key product to enable you to start using these assessments right away to add value to your client engagements, and to gain new clients. These assessments are only sold through coaches/consultants/mentors/ advisors – no assessments will be sold directly to family owned businesses.
